Jack of all trades.....

Didn't go for a run first thing....had a bit of a lie in.

Mum, Dad & D came for lunch and a natter. D left so Dad and I went on the roof to change a ridge tile and then try and chase the origin of a leak. We think (fingers crossed!) we may have found it and solved it.
My dad always uses the phrase.....'Jack of all trades and master of none!' The neighbours certainly scratched their heads at the sight of me on the roof!

Went for a quick run with K- it was warm! Did alright though. Not too fast n not too slow.
