A Moomin visits

After work this evening we drove to Newcastle airport to pick up my Finnish friend Gunilla (pictured here in her home town of Turku when I last visited her in March) for a weekend of fun in the north east of England. She, Mr hazelh, and I used my parents' house in Northumberland as our base for our various excursions.

Gunilla came bearing gifts, including this lovely Moomin pot filled with minty Smartie-like sweets.

Exercise today: morning loops in (ahem) 29'49", sit-ups and weights, then walk to work and back again (2 hours).
