Today was the launch of the Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival 2014 programme. You can find it here. There are lots of events and exhibitions happening across Scotland, this year on the theme of "power". The activities during the festival will all have different interpretations of the theme so it'll be interesting to see some of them! Check it out. It's THE festival, never mind what happened in Edinburgh last month!

Good to see new and familiar faces at the launch and especially good to see a range of ages and speak to people from all over Scotland and at the launch for all different reasons.
