Two and Two

A wonderful day with two lakes and two blipmeets.

This morning I met up with marpaul and Misty at Thornthwaite and we walked down to and along the shores of Bassenthwaite. Here’s the lovely Misty in the water. (Actually she wasn’t lovely at that precise moment and there was a reason why she was being encouraged to get wet, but I don’t want to destroy the illusion.)

Then in the afternoon I met up with JanetH as she detoured on her way north. We met by the Lake in Keswick and had a walk along the shores of Derwentwater and a chat in the theatre café. A delight to be able to meet up with her at last.
