At the Salvatore Ferragamo museum in Florence they display the shoe lasts made to exactly match the requirements of numerous Hollywood stars' feet, ranging from Audrey Hepburn, Lauren Bacall and Bette Davis [tiny!] to Madonna and Angelina Jolie.

Opted for this pairing of Katherine Hepburn and Rita Hayworth, as I'm not sure they were ever in a film together [more's the pity].
