Chesterton sunset

Despite the fact that I live in the same county as this highly photographed icon, I have never visited it with my camera before.

This evening there was an invitation by a member of the Coventry and Warwickshire Photography Meetup Group to join them for the sunset.

The weather wasn't promising this morning but the clouds cleared during the afternoon. Unfortunately all the clouds melted away before the sun went down which meant that it was a little disappointing. Nice evening though.
