First Virtual Roast

So I finally got to put the roaster through its paces though minus any heat as the gas is yet to be connected. Everything else seems to be working fine and my studying of the software manual paid off with a virtual roast at least functioning correctly electronically - just a few days and we'll be hearing the sound of beans churning in a hot roaster!
