Roasting At Last

So after ordering this magnificent machine back at the end of April and with a few bumps along the road, the gas was finally connected this afternoon and I roasted some green coffee. I am not sure how this first batch will taste but at least I began to get the hang of the roaster controls - looking forward to a day of learning with Michael from Alliance Services who arrives tonight
