The chori that cheers

Recipe for a cold, wet day in BA - take one large chorizo, split, plenty of bread, a flagon of cheap red wine and .... and nothing else needed. You're made. I'm never quite sure what goes into chorizos (and it's probably better not to ask) but I do know they are a whole lot tastier than the fatless, cheerless ones sold in UK supermarkets.
