Day 23: Goodnight, my sun and stars

You may have to look closely at this one. I haven't figured out how to use my new camera yet, so this was the best I could do to photograph the night sky.

Leaving Paradise will not be easy, especially since we are going down under and losing one day and 40 degrees... brrrr! Back on Tahiti, we did some last minute pearl shopping at one of very few stores that were open. Apparently the city shuts down on the weekend. I will miss the warm summer sunshine and the twinkling starry nights.
