Mono Monday: Relaxation

How fitting that "relaxation" be the theme for the Mono Monday that falls on America's Labor Day. We went over to Oceanside hoping to take an afternoon sail, as there was almost no wind yesterday. Today the flags on shore were flying, so we decided to take a chance. It was not much better, but was a pretty day. The crowds on the beaches persisted until well past sunset, with the distant sounds of happy children shouting as the waves crashed over their heads. This photo illustrated the day for me, especially the couple embracing in the foreground.
