Deerness tractor
Lobster fishermen use old tractors to launch/haul up their boats. This one is at Skaill in Deerness.
I walked from Lighthouses Corner out to Mull Head reserve and west along the cliff top. As a few wrynecks have been seen here recently (a bird I've never seen), I was on the lookout. I did find one but it was dead! Amazing that I found it really- it is a small brown bird. It was on a step leading to a wooden bridge. It may have simply died of exhaustion on making landfall after a debilitating sea-crossing. I photographed it for record purposes but don't post dead things here.
