At Bu Sand

I decided to head down to Burray and walk a piece of coastline I hadn't visited for a while. I got off the bus at the southern end of causeway 3 and headed east along the shore. It looked like a shower was heading my way so I waited it to pass while I had shelter at a wartime gun battery, but the shower passed to the north and I carried on. A few bonxies passed over and there was a flock of golden plover too. This shot is taken on the sands on the eastern shore. More shots here.
