Long Day Ahoy

Whatta day, whatta day. It was an early start and late finish on my penultimate day at work before holidays, made that bit longer by train delays this morning. It was an absolutely manic day in the office, and I expect another one coming up tomorrow. Still, this time in two days I'll be in Iceland! I also started The Goldfinch today; a book I've been looking forward to all year, and saving up til holiday. At over 850 pages, it's a bit of a beast, but I'm 100 pages in and absolutely hooked- it's well worth the wait!
