The Moon is Out Today

If you look closely you can see the moon on the right. You can also see the bank of fog that was hanging around all day.

This is a new Sculpture that has recently gone up in Christchurch and it is called 'Woods from the Trees' by Regan Gentry. The artwork features three life-size, sculptural rimu trees made of timber reclaimed from demolished Christchurch homes. Christchurch business owner Jo Blair commissioned the sculpture and it stands on the corner of High and Tuam streets.

It was a lovely sunny day but the wind was very cool..I took a walk around the city to catch up on what's going on. I noticed a few different things like..the new buildings seem to be growing and the ones coming down are getting smaller.
