Park and eat!

In one of the Cambridge Park and Ride car parks today I noticed this little apple tree. It must remain from when the land was a garden or an orchard.

Not only did I blip the tree I also stole an apple for my lunch. So here's an idea: why don't car park designers include fruit trees in their designs. Imagine apples, pears, plums and other easy to grow and care for fruits handy for parkers to eat when in season. All contributing to the health of the nation! Well, it's an idea!
