sheep

The sheep are still in the field next to us, about 25 in total. They seem to get on well with the horses although there is one pony that seems to chase them away.
There is one with a black spot on it's bottom, she's easy to spot !!
One of my Brownies was telling me about a big male lamb that was orphaned and that they have been raising themselves. She also explained that they are all called lambs male and females until thy stop needing milk and become rams and yowes (ewes).

The swallows are still around flying noisily overhead. Some are roosting under the carport still.
