30LB Roast

I finally plucked up the courage to roast a full 30lbs of coffee in one batch after a few successful 'small batches' of 15 lbs. The new roaster came through with flying colours and I was so happy to have reached this landmark I had to take a photo while the beans were cooling - if you look carefully you can see yours truly in the shiny new handle! No apologies for the incessant coffee roasting blips - it's been an exciting couple of weeks largely taken up with this but life will no doubt present some other opportunities now the dust has settled.
