Not my day

Balian cheering me up with his shock and wonder of the musical nursery rhyme book!
We had a wasted 56mile round trip to get the parcel which the depo monkeys had put on the van despite it being strictly against their policy to deliver after two failed attempts. Wonderful. I did really want to see the delights of the city industrial park....for no good reason.
Managed to salvage the morning with a lovely playdate at Nicola's. Balian had lots of fun exploring the toys and cruising about. Nathaniel was in nursery, so missed seeing his buddies Ben, Amelie and Daisy. Lovely to have tea, biscuits and enjoy the mum chat too.
Achieved nothing else for the rest of the day as Bay is off colour and made things worse by bumping his gums in the table and making them bleed. Poor Bayo! Nate had good day at nursery, trial in the next room...all change again! At least he will be in that room for best part of a year. Fourth room in the last nine months is plenty!
Evening you times are becoming more stressful with tired children. I'm running out of ways to encourage Nate in and then out of the bath! Boys are barely getting their 10mins each of one on one time and it's starting to show. To make me even cheerier I was tasked to do the ice bucket challenge, but on the plus side doing it snapped me out of my grump!
