Blinking Thomas wellies

The Thomas wellies don't actually blink...although blinking wellies would be cool! it's just the closest to a swear word that describes how I feel about them. So the parcel arrived with new wellies and Nate has had three majors today over them...one was as we were leaving nursery so here he is getting his own way so I could attempt to hear the baby room staff at Bay's handover. Poor boy was clingy again, and later at home I've noticed his ear is gungy again...back to the docs tomorrow.
Other than welliegate it's been a good day of work and nursery. Multi-tantrum diffusings have taken their toll so it's a very early night for me!
