Another runaway day....
I'm seriously struggling to keep up at the moment. I am dreaming of work in my sleep and think I'm dreaming while working. It's all a mad blur!
Don't get me wrong, sometimes it's great to be so busy that your mind has no time to drift back to days you are trying not to remember, but when you are seriously wondering which way is up, that's no good either.
I didn't even feed the birds today. They were OK as it forces them to use up what's there rather than scattering mealworms everywhere. The squirrels were staring accusingly through the window at me from the shed roof as the nuts were nearly finished again. It's hard to ignore the queue on the roof sometimes.
I'll make it up to them tomorrow. Lucky was there a lot today happily pecking away. I liked this one of Eric (rather than Lucky) and his little friend.
Go large...
A man came to read the electric meter today. I apologised about the untidy cupboard under the stairs and he laughed politely saying he'd seen much worse than that. I'd like to know where! He was then molested by the vacuum cleaner when he tried to get out. The poor man ran up the road covered in dust. Oh well...
Oh I got front row tickets at the Symphony Hall for Ocean Colour Scene next February! They weren't supposed to be on sale til 10am and I wasn't going to bother anyway, but I clicked the link at 9:50am just for the hell of it and when I saw it was Symphony Hall, I thought 'OK!'
