Blue Van Woman

Watch out, white van man. Blue Van Woman is at large. This is my rather hunky weekend transport. I spent the morning with several others, loading this Citroen Relay van with all the accumulated stuff we have gathered for our Guild of Motoring Writers stand at the Beaulieu Autojumble. Then drove it all down to Hampshire, where another group of us unloaded it.

There followed a busy afternoon during which we set up our stand and sold some of our stock to early bargain hunters. This got our fund raising effort off to a turbocharged start, excellent. Then as the evening shadows lengthened I drove through the New Forest to stay with friends who live nearby.

Glass of wine, supper at a local Thai restaurant, good company and laughter, a happy conclusion to a satisfying day.
