Frustrating

Three weeks ago I travelled to Truro specifically to purchase a book for my granddaughter Chloe's birthday, the author was visiting the store and I had it signed. I selected two other books and a small toy.
Las week I bought some great wrapping paper, I wrapped all the items individually and Clare, Sam, Josh and I wrote individual gift tags. Along with Chloe's cards they went into a Jiffy bag.
Monday at the post office for an additional £8.95 I purchased Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.
Am I annoyed that not only did it not arrive next day but not even the following day - YES
