Change Gonna Come

Isn't life strange? We had many questions yesterday about the importance of adult learning to the people of Scotland and many couldn't understand why it ranked so lowly on the priority scale. I know they didn't get the answers they hoped for from our panel but perhaps we don't have to look that far for the answers.
