Wires

A lovely dinner with my cousins Cath and Pat and my wife and son, at Cath's place. I love the way the electric wires sag and segment the sky above this little square just off the main street in Bray, that heavy, old fashioned geometry webbing the evening.

In other news, I finally put together a much-tightened and pruned-back MS for my fourth collection, Haunt. A friend of mine, Chris, has agreed to have a final gander, though I've already had some very useful input from a couple of other writers.
