Compassion Rose

I like the fine drops of early morning dew still on the last of these roses. They have finished early this year.
I'm starting to do better with the Fuji : Hoorah.
I spoke with the woman buying my house on Friday : her story of the cause of delay, lawyers muddle!. I plan to phone her each week, but I do wonder what I'm paying Lawyers & estate agents for. I shall say it's going back on the market, If something concrete doesn't happen soon. All other ideas welcome. I feel caught in some limbo.
