Reflections

After the early morning fog the day turned out to be wonderfully sunny and warm. I took Murdoch for a long walk in the woods and took my new camera with me, as it is so much lighter to carry on a walk. This is a view of the pond in the woods, and I was rather pleased with the quality of the image compared to my Nikon D800.

I met some friends for lunch which was a lovely thing to do on a Monday - we all ate salads and drank water, a typical girls' lunch!

And Luke is enjoying Strasbourg much more now that he has settled in and met some other students. Yesterday he cycled to Germany - now that sounds impressive but in truth it was only a 20 minute cycle! The advantage of being on the border means he can keep up with his German language while improving his French in France.
