Busy bees

Busy day today - got 2 loads of washing done, finally finished the last of the thank you cards for the many pressies we got when OBD was born (just got a few left to post), did some gardening with mum, had a picnic (just in the garden but OBD seems to love it out there so we just joined her on the rug) and did a Sainsburys shop (it's bloody hard to see using one of the trolleys where you put the car seat on the top). O and mum kindly did some ironing for us.

Had a good night's sleep after an early night, only 2 wakes for OBD and her not waking up early - made such a difference! Am starting to really enjoy spending time with OBD and she's mostly a pleasure - she tends to only cry when she's tired or hungry. Unfortunately by the time the fella gets home she's getting tired so he doesn't see the best of her and gets a large proportion of her crying. Good news is we're on holiday from Friday so he gets more of the good bits too.
