On the tiles

Some people build elaborate bug houses, but we just leave stuff around, the sort of stuff that "might come in useful". These clay tiles have been piled up at the back of the garage ever since we had our roof re-tiled. Our house is more than one hundred years old and a few years ago some of the roof tiles were slipping and others were splitting so we had the whole lot re-done. They saved as many of the originals as they could so it still looks like an old roof. They did a good job.
I can imagine this stack of tiles is home to a good many bugs and spiders, but they are safe in there, I can't imagine this heap getting moved any time soon!
