Picture Wall!

In my house we have a wall that is full of pictures. This wall has been this way ever since I can remember, and we keep adding more to it. This is my favorite part of my house. I love looking at all the pictures and seeing how much some people have changed, because most of the pictures are older ones. There are some newer ones though. There is something special about all of the pictures hanging on this wall. There are pictures from my mom and dad’s wedding, an assortment of baby Lizzie pictures, and a lot of pictures of our family and friends. There are pictures of my parents with their siblings and parents, and there are pictures of my cousins’ weddings. There are baby pictures of my cousins’ that now have wallet sized senior pictures tucked into the frames, to see how much they have grown. There are also some silly pictures, like The Three Stooges picture that we had our faces put into, and an old time photo from when my family and I went on vacation. At the end of the hallway is where my favorite picture is. This is a watercolor painting of my Nana when she was in her twenties. She had someone paint it for her when she went to the beach. She looks so beautiful in it, and I just think it is so cool! My mom loves to take pictures, so I think that is why we have so many throughout my house. Even though she has a career as a registry manager, she says that when she grows up she wants to be a photographer. When she retires, she wants to take photography classes and maybe one day, open a business. There is more space in the house that needs to be filled up with pictures!
