Meh

A flat detached day.
Couldn't get dressed for my visit at midday; had no energy and couldn't see the point.
Nurse came and went , then I fell asleep for the afternoon.

Put clothes on over my pj's at tea time and went to drop my car off for its MOT. The big silver gates are still securing The Fort.
