A Wednesday afternoon walk to the next village and back and we spotted signs that Autumn is on its way!

Philip loved the seasonality of the markets here - and especially the change from green to orange as all the squash and pumpkin arrived. This pumpkin is growing from a small vegetable patch of one of our neighbours and is draped over the low wall by the pavement. Many people make the most of small patches of land to grow fruit and vegetables.
