'First Of'.............!!

many things I want to do with my tomatoes...
both green & red!!!!
Now, this is something different.......Green Tomato Jam......!
Has anyone ever made it????
haven't tasted it yet....set and cold that is!!!
I did as I made it but I always think they taste a little different hot!
So,.....I think some nice Pate might be in order with some nice brown bread!!
