This, growing out of decaying tree stump, gets more dramatic each time I see it. As it's tucked away, so far no vandal has trampled it. So worth another showing I reckon.

Long conversation with Estate Agent today ; I wanted to say I very much regretted following her advice to take the house off the market when we'd a firm offer. It's really allowed the buyer to delay things. I know hindsight is easy But. She had the grace to agree. So, hold tight and don't panic eh!.
