THE GULL FOUND A CATCH
along the beach!
In the morning again a painting job to do.
But after lunch Piet Hein and I cycled to the sea, for a walk along the beach, and finding out if the beach beast that Piet Hein had seen walking yesterday was still there and if so would it be walking again?
So much wind, on the path towards the Kwakel beach hut and walking north on the sand we saw the gulls all standing with the heads towards the north.
We found the maker of the sand beast with his assistent working on the installation. The wind was too strong today, but eventually tomorrow it could be walk probably. I'd like to see this miraculous sight.
The light on the beach was not all the time perfect, I had to delete so many pictures, one or two I kept.
Tonight we will drink coffee at our neighbour's place, for the first time.
My haiku:
They live on the beach
Day and night, always the dark
Sound of the water
And the quote by Alain in his Histoire de mes Pensées:
The most difficult thing in the world is to say thinkingly what everybody says without thinking.
After coming home again I'll catch up, tonight or if it will be late, tomorrow again.
