Please keep off the grass

What is it with cats? They're almost as defiant as the teenagers I teach! This is a large patch of grass that I am trying to regrow as it turned into a mud bath whilst we put down some new decking a few weeks back. It's been an effort to keep the kids off this patch, but Tilly just plonks herself there and glares at me.

I think I've got my own back, catching her in such an unflattering stance in this photo! In the vets own words "she's a little plump". Tilly is a rescue cat, we re-homed her a couple of years ago when our other cat passed away. Lets just say she's not the most dynamic cat, more a sleep and eat cat.
