Bounty...

The last of the courgette crop, gifted to me by my daughter's boyfriend, straight from their allotment to my kitchen.

It's been a bountiful summer of the most gorgeous fresh green, home grown veg. I am blessed.

In schools we are encouraging the grow, cook, eat philosophy. I can personally recommend it most highly!
