The ice-cream kids.

The only time for the park is after dinner, when it is a little bit cooler. Stu went for a wander to get the trio a Saturday treat. Bailee and Oscar have done so well adjusting to big school. Maple's missed them a lot, but gets so excited seeing them come home.

It's quite funny, we took Maple's scooter down to let her practice.... turns out she has all of a sudden, gained confidence x 1000%. We haven't even found her a helmet yet but she wants to zoom down hills and across roads, full speed with no assistance. I held on tightly to the front of the scooter and she kept trying to push my hands away.... in the end she jumped off the scooter and had a little tantrum on the pavement... she wanted to do it by herself! I really must get a small helmet asap (And knee/elbow pads/ wrap her in cotton wool?)
