Whitley Bay Park Run

Our second visit in 8 days.
This time I looked after the kids, camera and cake money while Bev ran.

Park Run is a truly great initiative. I wonder how many of these 280 odd participants would be physically inactive and a whole less fit today if they'd not been initially encouraged and subsequently motivated to to get up and out on a Saturday morning for their Park Run.
