Earworm Day

Today I saw a photo of 3 members of Deacon Blue out campaigning for Yes. The event I was at tonight kept playing their stuff too. They are in my mind.

Takes me back to the 80s of course, when life was a lot of fun.

The Blip is an unusual shot of the Forth Rail Bridge, seen from the tiny harbour at S. Queensferry. A bit of early evening mist to add to the effect.

I was supposed to be looking west and not east. I was at a dinner as part of the 50th birthday celebrations for the Forth Road Bridge. Dinner, wine, fireworks.

Good actually. Did you know 7 minutes of fireworks will set you back £250,000?

Expensive smoke. "Priorities" is the word which comes to mind.
