Rays of Sunshine

Rather a grey day, though it has got brighter as the day has gone on. The sun almost broke through in the afternoon. Went out for a cycle ride this morning while the boys went to church. Cut my route short as it started to rain – but then the rain didn’t come to much. Otherwise a quiet day.

Here’s a little bit of sunshine on a grey day. Sunflowers have been planted at the edge of two or three fields nearby. The last time I passed by they were just starting to flower – but they were looking great today.
