Mary demonstrates pour-over coffee technique
Apparently, the new thing in coffee is the old plastic cone and filter paper method now relabelled pour over. The coffee cognoscenti tell me that it is possible to make subtle but critical changes to the taste of the coffee in a way that espresso methodology cannot by varying the pace and amour of "pour over".
