Misty Autumn Days

Thank you for the encouragement and suggestions yesterday. I am taking them on board.

Thick fog this morning at home, which thinned as I got nearer to work. I was looking for some recession in a rural scene and remembered a footpath that crossed a field with views across farmland.

Technical: Obviously quite a bit of processing. The image was given some minimal tweeks in Lightroom before being opened in Photoshop. A new layer created using Nik Software, Silver Efex Pro, with strong contrast and border. This layer's blend mode was changed to luminosity and its opacity reduced. This allows the colour to bleed through. It also tends to bleach colour so some extra saturation was dialled back in before publishing.
