Struggling

I got invited to a customer’s Lean Construction training course today, and it was a very good day. It was interesting to see how they’ve approached the rollout of this industry initiative and what our customer’s staff thought of it and the issues they have in their business.

It’s reminded me of what I could have within my current organisation, and what I would miss out on in the possible organisation that I have a second interview with. I’m struggling with it to be honest. Dilemmas and decisions to be made if I get an offer.

At least the pain in the head eased a bit today, but I’m still unsure how things are going to pan out.
