Variation

It was the last day of the training course today, and we got Smarties to play with and then eat. Yummy! I had the average number of smarties in my little packet, which was 40, one of the group had 46 and one was really short changed by only have 35. So much variation!

Had a good chat with one of my mates on the way home, they’ve helped me clarify my thoughts for tomorrow’s interview. So many questions!

Autumn has certainly arrived; the trip home on the M50 and from Monmouth to Abergavenny showed that the leaves are turning with plenty of golds and reds already. Beautiful!
