Jessicas guinea pig

This is Jessicas guinea pig called bolt. We had an animal session at Brownies today.
We made origami elephants first to send to Whipsnade zoo as part of their attempt to bet the world record for the most origami elephants in one place. We made 70.
After making posters about their pets we had a few animals come in to visit including Bolt the Guinea pig, three dogs and a cat. The girls that could nt bring their pets in brought in photos and a few brought their iPads with photos on . It was fun and no animals or children were injured :)

It was such a lovely day, a great surprise after yesterday. Back to blue skies and sunshine. I sat outside and watched a mouse eating crumbs dropped from the bird table. Plenty of birds around too. The crows were making quite a racket, not sure what they were on about.

Mikes away down to London until Friday so I hope they let him back in after the result on Thursday if it goes to Yes. Too close to call it at the moment !
