Driving in my car

Found out this evening that my soon to be 21 year old nephew has passed his driving test, I'm so proud of him :-) He's been driving motorbikes since he was 17 but, a few months back, was knocked down by a car which was pulling out from a side road (it was dark and raining, the driver was gutted and my nephew broke his wrist). It could've been much worse, but his parents managed to talk him into car driving. He's still a little reluctant, but hopefully he'll be safer.

My mode of transport this evening has been ice skates. I can't tell you how much I love it, that gliding feeling of freedom. Life is just better on ice :-)

And to top that, an ice rink is being built in Leeds woo hoo. Where's my season ticket??
