A cooler evening

Today seems very long and hot - mostly hot! It apparently hit 107 degrees where I live and I am not used to that!
It also seemed to be a day of hot tempers all around - store assistants, drivers, and a very tired and hot little girl.
I went out into our garden this evening and the noise of the traffic continued to glare in, but just seeing a bit of nature - a baby lizard running across the garden, the seeds we planted starting to sprout, the trees just standing tall against the sky - here's to a cooler and calmer day tomorrow.
