Obsolete part 2?

Yesterday I blipped a tax disc, which we know will become obsolete in 2 weeks.

Less certain is the future of the Union Flag.

As I write my journal at 9pm there is just one hour left for the residents of Scotland to make their decision on independence.

This time tomorrow I guess we will know whether this flag, like the tax disc, is obsolete.
