Alain's Pestle.

heres a recipe for mojitos which will knock you sideways. As made by Alain.

Put lime slices, brown sugar and mint leaves in the pestle. Mash them up with the mortar.*

Then put the mix in some glasses. Add loads of white rhum. And a dash of fizzy lemonade.

Yum.

Then have another glass.
